On Wednes\u00adday, April 15, 2020, Gov\u00ader\u00adnor Cuo\u00admo issued an Exec\u00adu\u00adtive Order requir\u00ading \u201cany indi\u00advid\u00adual over the age of two and med\u00adical\u00adly able to tol\u00ader\u00adate a face-cov\u00ad\u00ader\u00ading shall be required to cov\u00ader their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face-cov\u00ad\u00ader\u00ading when in a pub\u00adlic place and unable to main\u00adtain, or when not main\u00adtain\u00ading, social dis\u00adtance.\u201d The face cov\u00ader\u00ading should cov\u00ader the nose and mouth by uti\u00adliz\u00ading a cloth, a home\u00admade, or oth\u00ader face cov\u00ader\u00ading, such as a scarf or ban\u00addana.
